Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH)

Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH) provides recognised standards of vocational and management syllabi, examinations and awards for the hotel and travel industries. CTH works with approved centres worldwide to offer a suite of management programmes that are accredited by Ofqual.

The CIEH Level 2 Awards in Food Safety and Health and Safety in the Workplace complement the syllabus for the CTH Diploma in Hotel Management.
