A one-day workshop examining the legislation that relates to houses in multiple occupation, how to inspect
the property, gather evidence, produce schedules of works and serve the appropriate notice. Topics covered include:
• An overview of the legislation
• Methods of inspecting and recording evidence
• Carrying out a fire risk assessment
• Producing a schedule of works appropriate to the risks
• Determining the most appropriate course of action
