For trainers and those with a professional interest in conflict resolution
With employees at increasing risk of conflict in the workplace, this one-day workshop provided delegates with a thorough understanding of how to identify, manage and reduce the risk of conflict in their workplace environment.
TWO-PART format:
The interactive and practical workshop was broken into two sessions:
Programme session; designed for all those with a professional interest in conflict resolution:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the latest government legislation and its implications for your workplace
- Minimise your own risk of prosecution in public liability court cases
- Learn how to reduce the risk of conflict in your workplace
- Acquire essential skills to put in place effective strategies to prevent and deal with conflict in your working environment
Training session; this session is optional, and is designed specifically for those wishing to qualify to deliver the CIEH Level 2 Award in Conflict Resolution and Personal Safety:
- Gain a full appreciation of the qualification’s content and style
- Identify the needs of candidates from different industry sectors
The programme session of this workshop wass accredited with four hours and 30 minutes of CIEH CPD.
The training session of this workshop was accredited with one hour and 45 minutes of CIEH CPD points.
Please note that in order to qualify to deliver the qualification, you must already be registered as a CIEH trainer and both sessions must be attended. The delegate fee for this workshop also included the training pack and trainer/centre subject qualification fee(s)*.
