Overview
This one-day workshop is designed to support the delivery of the new CIEH Level 2 Award in Cleaning in Food Premises qualification.
Whilst food handlers have control over food chilling and cooking and the associated risks, cleaners in food premises can contribute significantly to controlling food safety hazards and risks associated with cross-contamination and cleaning.
Informative and practical, this workshop will ensure you achieve the required level of expertise in the issues surrounding cleaning food areas as well as acquiring methods to effectively teach candidates responsible for cleaning.
Combining case studies and practical sessions, this workshop will illustrate how to bring life to the syllabus.

CPD
This workshop is accredited with five hours and 30 minutes of CIEH CPD. Enhanced CPD available.
