With increasing amounts of collaborative projects being undertaken by local authorities, LACORS and the CIEH jointly produced guidance to ensure these initiatives are successful. This interactive one-day conference provided advice to heads of service, enabling them to implement streamlined strategies to ensure efficient and effective partnership working between regulatory services.
In addition to an in-depth analysis of new guidance and an insight into managing the funding process; leading experts also explained best practice to help ensure that new collaborative ventures run in a proficient and cohesive manner.
“Joint working between local authorities is becoming increasingly important as a means of delivering quality services to residents … at an affordable cost.”
