EHPs play an important role in delivering strong equality and diversity strategies to guard against discrimination on the grounds of age, sexual orientation, religion or belief, race, gender and disability.
This highly interactive one day conference takes a closer look at the new Government White Paper, “Communities in Control,” and the importance of Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs).
By attending, you will learn how EAIs can enable individuals and teams to identify, remove or reduce barriers, in order to achieve greater social cohesion and succeed on community based initiatives. This conference will also engage you and fellow EHPs on good practice with the help of case studies and interactive workshops.
