Food Safety Workshop 2012

The trainers' update

"Best CIEH event I have attended - fun and informative"
"Would recommend this course to any trainer, very inspiring"
"I enjoyed the course; it will definitely make me more confident to deliver training in the future"

Overview

They're back again - for a sixth successive year, David Newsum and Belinda Stuart-Moonlight will bring another set of brand new topics to their annual trainers' update.

As in previous years, the day includes an exciting mix of technical updates, case studies and a chance to explore different training techniques. Many delegates return year upon year and always learn new things. Pose questions to the trainers through the MyCIEH forum and get your burning questions answered on the day.

The electronic resource pack is reviewed and updated throughout the year to provide additional materials, and you'll be able to ask your food safety questions on MyCIEH all year round.
