Dr Belinda Stuart-Moonlight, BSc (Hons), PhD, FCIEH, MIOA, FRIPH
Belinda is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner with her own consultancy business.
A qualified local authority EHO since 1989, Belinda has subsequently worked in enforcement, research (King’s College, London) and private practice. She provides food safety and health and safety consultancy, auditing, training and expert witness services to the catering, manufacturing and retailing sectors.
Her professional approach and breath of experience will undoubtedly both inform and empower delegates on this course.
David A Newsum B.Sc. (Hons) FCIEH
David Newsum is an enthusiastic CIEH trainer with a flare for inventiveness and creativity.
He is a freelance training consultant and Environmental Health Practitioner and works regularly with the CIEH on education, policy and training projects.
David also delivers seminars and workshops for trainers on creative training techniques. A key speaker at previous Talking Training Conferences, he has promoted the creative use of flipcharts and flashcards, and the application of accelerated training and learning techniques.
David has also been involved in writing or editing many of the CIEH training products and qualifications over the last 10 years.
