David Bryant has spent over 25 years working in occupational health and safety, originally training as an Environmental Health Officer. He has worked for the last 16 years as a health and safety advisor in the area of work-related learning and he has just completed 2 years working with HSE, managing their Workplace Health Connect initiative. David was awarded his Master of Arts in Health and Safety Law and Environmental Law in 2004 and has been working with QCA and others developing a national health and safety qualifications framework. David is currently managing the development of the first occupational health and well-being centre of excellence in the UK, to be based in Newcastle and establishing Safety Healthy Work (UK).
Jooli Atkins has been involved in the training profession for the more than 25 years, working with both public and private sector clients managing training for business change management projects. Her company also runs the 'Excellent Learning Facilitation' programme, an innovative Train the Trainer certification, incorporating the best of brain-friendly learning and current learning theories.
Her training style is based on her personal methodology of 'structured pragmativity', a unique blend of creativity and pragmatism within a structured learning event.
