As an EHP involved with noise and nuisance, your role places you at the forefront of an ever rapidly changing environment. This conference will focus on key topics such as licensing, serving abatement notices and Defra’s Noise Action plans. Keeping both environmental and social noises and nuisance to acceptable levels is important for the benefit of public health and wellbeing. Over recent years, this has been supported by the media, general public and with research from the Government, WHO and Defra.

This one-day conference has been designed to review these research projects as well as the latest noise and nuisance guidelines, current legislation and case studies on good practice; enabling you to carry out your work with confidence.
