The UK Food Safety Innovation Awards is a competition presented by the CIEH and NSF International to find the best new thinking in environmental health today. It is a UK wide search for the best ideas for improving food safety, that calls on Environmental Health Practitioners whose work and expertise can benefit and revolutionise the food safety industry.
We are proud to announce that the 2013 Food Safety Innovation Award Winner was CIEH Registered Trainer, Jane Washbrook and her FOODSAFEKIT. This mobile food safety kit offer small businesses and individuals, from childminders to mobile workers such as home carers and mobile caterers, access to food safety and hygiene products in a small, compact and transportable pack.
