Skin Cancer Prevention Toolkit update

The CIEH, in partnership with the South West Public Health Observatory (SWPHO), is updating the Skin Cancer Prevention Toolkit. The toolkit offers practical help in running campaigns and events and includes case studies of existing activities.

We are now working on compiling information for the toolkit and would like to know about any campaigns or awareness raising activities that you have undertaken in the area of skin cancer prevention and are willing to share.

In order to make this process easier, the information can be directly uploaded to the Interventions database on the Skin Cancer Hub website.

Please Email examples of interventions/actions /examples of good practice to Kim Willis.

The CIEH is also working with the South West Public Health Observatory (SWPHO) on a Toolkit for Skin Cancer Prevention and Awareness.

The new toolkit will include a social marketing perspective and builds on the existing Saving Our Skins resource.
