The London Region Management Board (LRMB) consists of elected officers, Trustees (who represent the London Region at CIEH Council), secretaries of the study groups and other officers as elected or co-opted to the Council.
The primary purpose of the board is to better meet the needs of the members within the London area by:
- Providing opportunities to meet member needs on a local/regional level
- Providing training and CPD development opportunities
- Providing networking opportunities to share best and innovative practice
- Providing communication pathways with the CIEH, Council and the governing boards and subcommittees
- Providing communication pathways between local and national activities/policies/agencie
- Maintaining regular contact with members and providing valid information
- Representing London in international liaisons
The London region operates through a network of study groups who organise meetings, discussions and CPD events for members.
