The Regional Conference has been running in the East Midlands since 1951 and is coming into its 60th year of providing low cost training for the Environmental Health staff at the East Midlands Local Authorities, student EHO’s and the private sector.
The style of conference has changed over the years but it has always delivered topical and useful training and insightful presentations with the ability for EH colleagues to share best practice and network across the region and with other professionals.
In 2010 the West Midlands joined to provide the first Midlands Regional Conference at Breadsall Priory in Derbyshire. The event was a great success and increased the partnership working between the two regions.
