Students who have studied under the 1997 curriculum and still have to complete written professional exams may instead choose to take written examination under the 2003 curriculum.
Under the 1997 curriculum, the examinations comprise:
Applications to take the Professional Examination must be accompanied by the appropriate fee and received not less than six weeks before the date of the first element of the Professional Examination which the student wishes to take. To apply fill in the Application to attend the CIEH professional interview 
and the Professional examination application form 1997, and return these to the CIEH Education Unit.
