This toolkit issued by the London Regional Tobacco Policy Team aims to support the development of tobacco control alliances and work programmes across boroughs in London, although it is suitable for use in any area of England. It provides guidance and a range of tools and templates to support those responsible for tobacco control through the different stages of an Alliance’s development.
