CIEH food safety qualifications in China

Since 2006 the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health has contracted with the China Chainstore and Franchise Association (CCFA) to promote the CIEH food safety training and personal certification programme in China.

Employees and managers from more than 50 major retailers and food franchises throughout the People’s Republic have taken the training and gained CIEH qualifications. A cohort of trainers is now registered to deliver CIEH food safety qualifications in their own organizations. CCFA-CIEH are extending the programme’s reach by working with registered training providers in China to deliver CIEH qualifications direct to their clients.

In the autonomous region of Hong Kong, CIEH qualifications are delivered via CIEH registered training centres in concert with our partners, the Hong Kong Food Hygiene Administrators Association.
