Customer Services

The customer services department provides a wide range of support services for registered centres and trainers delivering CIEH vocational training qualifications. This includes registration for new and existing qualifications; general administration of centre and trainer data information; sales of examination material and resolution of delivery issues; guidance on delivery of CIEH qualifications as well as processing and certification of examination results up to level 4. Note: with the migration of the CIEH food safety and health and safety qualifications onto the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), the method by which candidates are assessed at level 4 is being revised. As of 1 January 2011, the CIEH Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering, Level 4 Award in Food Safety Management for Manufacturing and Level 4 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace will each comprise two assessments - a controlled assignment and an examination.
