The customer services department provides a wide range of support services for registered centres and trainers delivering CIEH vocational training qualifications.
This includes registration for new and existing qualifications; general administration of centre and trainer data information; sales of examination material and resolution of delivery issues; guidance on delivery of CIEH qualifications as well as processing and certification of examination results up to level 4.
