Customer services

The customer services department provides a wide range of support services for registered centres and trainers delivering CIEH vocational training qualifications. This includes registration for new and existing qualifications; general administration of centre and trainer data information; sales of examination material and resolution of delivery issues; guidance on delivery of CIEH qualifications as well as processing and certification of examination results up to level 4. The customer services department will also provide information and guidance to potential candidates.
