CIEH LEVEL 2 AWARD IN EMERGENCY FIRST AID AT WORK – CENTRE REGISTRATION
Please ensure that you have read and understood each of the registration options and registration requirements carefully, before selecting the registration form that is most applicable to you.
For CIEH registered centres
To deliver the CIEH level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work, centres must meet HSE Minimum Standards for Delivery of Emergency First Aid for the purposes of Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulation 1981.
HSE Approved Centre
If your centre is already HSE approved please ensure that you send us a copy of your HSE centre approval certificate, along with the date of the last HSE monitoring visit, when you send us your centre registration form.
Non-HSE approved centre
Please read the HSE Minimum Standards for Delivery of Emergency First Aid document and send back the confirmation of compliance document to confirm that you have read, understood, and will abide by the HSE minimum standards for delivery.
This form should be returned with your centre registration form.
Adherence to the HSE Minimum Standards for Delivery of Emergency First Aid for the purposes of Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulation 1981 will subsequently be checked at the time of the first centre monitoring visit, for which you will not be charged.
