Training contract registration form

Please complete the below form to apply for a contract to become a Training Account to deliver CIEH work-based learning programmes. By completing this form you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

To complete the form you will need:

  1. One named Accountable Officer, who must be a current CIEH member. You will be asked to enter the valid membership number in this application, so please have it available. Please note your CIEH membership number is different to a Trainer or Centre number. Apply to become a CIEH Member.
  2. An administration account email address, for you and your designated staff to use to gain access to the CIEH work-based learning materials.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to those who register to become a Registered Training Account Provider for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and form a contract between Registered Training Account Providers and CIEH. By registering with CIEH as a Registered Training Account Provider via CIEH's website, you will have confirmed that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as they may be amended over time.

If you click 'Agree to T+Cs', you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which will form a contract between you and CIEH, should your application to become a Registered Training Account Provider be accepted by CIEH. You should only accept these Terms and Conditions where you are legally able to. You are responsible for all compliance with local laws and regulations which apply to you.
