Caroline is also the chair of the Beauty and Advanced Practices Alliance group and a Trustee of the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners representing Beauty Therapy Advanced Practices and Aesthetics.

Professor David Sines CBE, Independent Chair, Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners was until recently Pro Vice Chancellor and Executive Dean and Professor of Community Health Care Nursing at the Faculty of Society and Health at Buckinghamshire New University. He is a Fellow of the RCN and received a CBE in the 2010 Queen’s Birthday Honours List for ‘Services to Health Care’. David is a Trustee with The Burdett Nursing Trust and was appointed as Independent Chair of the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners in Jan 2016.

Jeffery Leib, Principal Licensing Officer, Harrow Council has spent more than 22 years licensing everything from taxis to tattooists and now leads the licensing team in a busy outer London borough. He is also one of the founding members, and a Fellow, of the Institute of Licensing. Jeffrey was the first editor of its website and has produced more than 20 editions of Licensing Circles and Licensing News. As a former vice-chair of the IOL, Jeffrey also sat on the LGA’s licensing policy forum since 2003, and has been the chair since 2014.

Sandra Moore, Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner & Technical Director, Hygenisys is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner, with over 27 years’ experience in Food Safety and Health & Safety. She now works for Hygenisys Environmental Health Consultancy, providing high level technical, strategic advice and practical solutions to a number of different industries. She also provides specialist food safety training for Environmental Health Officers on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

Dr Sarah J Jones, Consultant in Environmental Health Protection, Public Health Wales is a consultant in environmental health protection for Public Health Wales. Before joining public health training in 2005, Sarah spent eight years as an injury epidemiologist at Cardiff University. Her current areas of interest are the links between transport policy and planning and health and the burden of lead on health.
