Gain the knowledge and skills to prepare and deal with contaminated land when land contamination needs consideration for planning applications. You will uncover the latest legislation and guidance for the UK’s approach for managing land contamination and understand how to apply it in real life scenarios.

Tim is currently the course coordinator for the 1 week IEMA accredited Environmental Auditing course which Argyll delivers in collaboration with Brighton University.Tim is a Senior Environmental Consultant, undertaking complex contaminated land risk assessments on a daily basis. He also works in our Regulatory Services Team as an acting Contaminated Land Officer for both Christchurch and East Dorset Councils.

Tom is a former Contaminated Land Officer at Lewes Council and is well versed in the contaminated land risk assessment process. He is currently a Senior Consultant in our team delivering audits and contaminated land planning reports to our developer and architect clients.
