Anne Godfrey CCMI FCIM, Chief Executive, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health was appointed Chief Executive of CIEH in January 2016. Specialising in change management within the not for profit space she has a proven track record of delivering challenging targets while harnessing the skills, knowledge and passion of members, staff and external stakeholders. Previously Anne had leadership roles in a diverse range of membership organisations including CIM, the Law Society and the CBI.

Leon Livermore joined CTSI in 2013 after a successful career in Local Government. During this time he rightly earned a reputation for delivering culture change and innovative, citizen-centred and highly effective services. Services led by Leon won numerous awards including Beacon Status for Better Regulation and a prestigious National Business Award. Since joining the Institute, he has worked tirelessly on behalf of the trading standards profession ensuring that politicians, businesses and consumers understand the value that the profession brings to a modern vibrant UK.

Dawn Welham FCIEH was appointed President of CIEH in January 2018 following a 30-year career as an Environmental Health Practitioner across both the regulator and the regulated sectors. Dawn has an in-depth knowledge of fresh food, grocery and retail sectors covering product development, store operations and global supply chains having worked for Asda Walmart for 15 years, firstly as Head of Trading Law focusing on the operational side of the business and then as Technical Director, assuming accountability for food and product safety of the entire own label supply base as well as operational food compliance. In addition to her Presidency role, Dawn works with Huddersfield-based Caterers Choice.
