Time: 11.00 - 12.00 GMT

Following our very popular webinar for members on 18 November which considered the FSA's current consultation on proposed changes to the Food Law Code of Practice and its new Competency Framework, you are invited to join us to continue the conversation and explore how the current workforce challenges could be best addressed.

The FSA is consulting on proposed changes to the Food Law Code of Practice which will introduce qualification flexibilities, allowing a wider cohort of environmental health and trading standards professionals to undertake food official controls which the current Code restricts.  They  are also consulting stakeholders on a new Competency Framework ‘that defines competency by activity rather than taking a role or profession based approach’.

Please join us to share your views and inform the CIEH response to the consultation.

Taking place on Friday 27 November, 11:00-12:00.
