The Safe to Trade Scheme (STTS) is the first food safety voluntary assurance scheme in the Hospitality sector.

As an initiative to complement food hygiene and safety official controls, the Safe to Trade Scheme supports Local Authorities with their recovery programme and gives them confidence to target their resources effectively.
