Overview
This session will enable environmental health practitioners to carry out WID more effectively by dispelling the myths around it and providing a constructive view of the law. This session will be in our new Bitesize training format and will assess the relevant statutory notices and case laws which prompt councils to undertake the work required. It will also explore the various avenues available when completing work in default and the various ways of recovering the costs once the work has been completed.
