Overview
This bitesize training event will enable environmental health practitioners to carry out WID more effectively by dispelling the myths around it and providing a constructive view of the law. The session will assess the relevant statutory notices and case laws which prompt councils to undertake the work required. There will also be exploration of the various avenues available when completing works in default and the ways of recovering costs once the work has been completed.
