ABC - Enterprise Level Regulation Workstream

Overview
We will give an update on our progress with the project, including our work on trialling an alternative way of regulating large retailers and the impact this will have on Local Authorities. 

There will be an opportunity for LA officers to ask questions to the project team so they can deepen their understanding of the concept of Enterprise Level Regulation.
