• Provide an overview of a suggested approach local authority regulators may take when assessing the effectiveness of a Duty Holder’s Management of a Legionella risk
• Discuss what to look for in a Legionella Risk Assessment and Scheme of Control
• Consider the frequency and purpose of the monitoring of controls
• Provide examples of where and when water sampling should be undertaken
• Refer to key legislation and Codes of Practice
