Events Management Consultancy Ltd has been appointed by 15Hatfields to invite applications for an Interim Venue Operations Manager (VOM) on a 6-9 month contract to provide senior, hands-on leadership during a critical period for the venue.
As the most senior person on site, the VOM will have full operational accountability, leading operations, facilities, compliance, people, finance and sustainability, while working in close partnership with the Sales team to deliver revenue and profit targets. There are no individual sales targets or direct booking responsibilities.
