Event booking terms and conditions

CTSI/CIEH Conference

The CTSI/CIEH Conference is unique and special terms and conditions are applicable for attendance. Please refer to the CTSI/CIEH Conference terms and conditions for further details.

For all other events, the terms and conditions below will apply:

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to amend the programme, reschedule or cancel this event. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, for instance, if minimum numbers are not met, cancellations will be necessary. In such a case, delegates will be notified in writing and provided with the option of a full refund or one free transfer to an alternative date within the same year.

We will make that decision at least 10-working days prior to the event so bear that in mind when booking travel and accommodation. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred should an event be rescheduled or cancelled. Joining instructions will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Cancellations and transfers by delegates

Delegates may cancel their place and receive a full refund provided that notification is received in writing to [email protected] at least 15 working days prior to the event date. For any two-day courses, the 15-day cancellation must be made before day one and not day two. Cancellations after this date will be liable for the full fee.

Delegates may transfer their place to another event provided that notification is received in writing to [email protected] at least 10 days prior to the event. For any two-day courses, the 10-day transfer request must be made before day one and not day two.

A name change between the same value booking (i.e. member rate or non-member rate) can be made at no cost. This change should be requested by emailing [email protected].

We will not be liable for reimbursing delegate fees if delegates are not able to attend an event due to circumstances out of our reasonable control including, but not limited to, a change to personal circumstances, sickness, weather conditions, fire, flood, transport strikes, closures or delays or any other Force Majeure or Act of God.

Refunds

We will refund any credit/debit card payments made in error within 10 working days of notification of the error in writing to [email protected].

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Where you have made a purchase with us we may contact you in the future about offers or promotions for that service. If you don’t wish to receive these you can opt out of these communications on your preferences page in MyCIEH. For further information please see our Privacy Policy.

Event Material

Event Material Disclaimer

All delegate material used for our events is owned by us or our trainers. Material is up-to-date and relevant at the time the event is delivered and will not be refreshed thereafter. All materials from our events are for personal use only.
