Environmental health professionals have a vital role in tackling climate change and supporting national and local efforts to reach net zero. They are uniquely placed to use their skills and knowledge to engage with and support businesses and communities in reducing their environmental impact and significantly contribute to addressing climate change.

In our recent climate change survey, 77% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that the current climate emergency is one of the most significant environmental health challenges of our time – in response to this we have produced this climate change hub to bring together our campaigning and policy work, as well as blogs and resources, to promote how the profession can use their expertise to address the climate emergency and campaign for change.
