I am a Chartered Environmental Health Officer with over 10 years experience working in the Housing Sector. I provide a range of housing services, including independent expert witness reports for claims lodged under the following housing disrepair legislation:

• Section 79 (1) (a) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990
• Section 11 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
• The Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018
• Section 4 of the Defective Premises Act 1972

I also provide expert advice and support with tribunal hearings if you are in receipt of an Enforcement Notice under the Housing Act 2004 and carry out HMO inspections to assist with legislative compliance.
