Advisory Panels

CIEH Advisory Panels play a vital role in advancing CIEH's mission of ensuring safer, cleaner, and healthier environments for all. Comprising expert members, these panels offer invaluable guidance and advice, steering CIEH policy and advocacy efforts.

In 2024, CIEH expanded its advisory panel offerings to include two new panels, Port Health and Public Health, bringing the total number of panels to six.

Panel members' insights inform the work of the Policy & Campaigns Team, influencing parliamentary briefings, consultation responses, developing resources such as guidance documents and toolkits for members, as well as supporting the production of broader reports and letters to policymakers.

Open to all CIEH members, our advisory panels foster collaboration and input from diverse perspectives. Members actively participate in working groups, contribute to Environmental Health News and enrich our conference and events programme.
