CIEH won two awards and a commendation at the recent 2019 Memcom Membership Excellence Awards in London.
These annual awards celebrate the positive impact that professional bodies, trade associations, membership charities and other not-for-profit membership organisations have on public good.
CIEH Chief Executive Anne Godfrey was awarded the Louis Armstrong CEO Leadership Award.
The judges were especially impressed with Anne’s "integration of activity and portfolio of change leading to a fast and effective turn around, demonstrating strong leadership and communication across all areas." She has since been added to MemCom's Pantheon of Leaders.

CIEH also received a joint award for the Agency Team of the Year Award with partner Trillium. Trillium were instrumental in helping CIEH launch a new and improved website with an integrated CRM system in 2018, providing an enhanced user experience for members. The judges' made the award for the "really compelling story of a partnership approach, supporting an organisation to overcome significant issues."
In addition to these two awards, CIEH also received a commendation for Governance.
