CIEH member engagement survey - share your views

As President of the Institute, I am respectfully asking all members to do something. Something that will help us all. This ask will significantly contribute to the enhancement and betterment of our professional institute and ultimately improve environmental health.

Our collective expertise and insights are invaluable in shaping the future of the CIEH and environmental health. We have developed a comprehensive survey aimed at gathering detailed feedback on various aspects, from current challenges to member benefits and policy priorities. This initiative is a critical step towards ensuring that our Institute remains at the forefront of addressing environmental health issues effectively and meeting member expectations.

The survey is designed to be thorough yet straightforward, allowing the CIEH to collect meaningful data without imposing a significant time burden on you. Your responses (including the opportunity of free text) will help us identify key areas where the Institute can provide additional support, advocate for necessary policy changes, enhance our educational and training programs, and reflect on suggested improvements. The survey will offer a clearer picture of the on-ground realities faced by professionals across the public, private, third sector and military sectors; different geographical regions and specialisations.

Your expertise, experiences, and suggestions will directly influence CIEH strategic planning and initiatives, ultimately benefiting not only the CIEH but our profession and also the communities we serve.
