CIEH has been shortlisted for three awards at this year's memcom membership excellence awards.
The awards are:
- Best Magazine for a Professional Association or Membership Organisation < 20K circulation (for EHN)
- Best Campaign on a Shoestring (for the What is environmental health? campaign)
- Best Email Newsletter (for EHN Extra)
These annual awards celebrate the positive impact that professional bodies, trade associations, membership charities and other not-for-profit membership organisations have on public good.
The 2020 winners will be announced on Thursday 4 June 2020 at the awards ceremony to be hosted at 133 Houndsditch.
CEO Anne Godfrey said: "After our success at last year's memcom awards, I am delighted that the hard work of our staff and volunteers has once again been recognised in the 2020 shortlist. With a 25% increase in entries, competition for this year’s awards has been particularly strong, so I very am proud to see our name listed alongside those of our fellow professional membership bodies."
These nominations follow on from CIEH’s success at the 2019 memcom membership excellence awards. At the ceremony held in London, CIEH Chief Executive Anne Godfrey was awarded the Louis Armstrong CEO Leadership Award, while CIEH received a joint award for the Agency Team of the Year Award with partner Trillium, and a commendation for Governance.
