Our teams have been hard at work over the past year, giving many of our CIEH online courses a makeover.

The content and journeys of the courses have been completely revised and upgraded by digital learning expert Marie-Louise Kok.

Coming from a publishing background, Marie has been a learning specialist for over 12 years and has extensive experience in the development of online and blended learning programmes.

• Free downloads: each e-Learning course now has a free downloadable summary. Giving learners an easy-to-read synopsis of key topics as a useful reference tool.
• Automated feedback: at the end of each course, learners are automatically given the opportunity to provide feedback. Helping us to continuously improve.
