About this conference

Our 2024 Pest Control Conference will explore the latest developments and guidance on the Glue Boards (Offences) Act 2022, the latest case studies surrounding rat infestations, a further delve into the concerns around public health in relation to pests, and more.

We're looking forward to presenting our panel discussion around the Glue Boards (Offences) Act 2022. From 31 July 2024, it will be against the law in England to use glue traps to catch rodents, unless an operator has a license issued by Natural England. We will be asking what comes next, how we prepare for the future, and talking about loopholes, opportunities and risks, and much more. There will be talks on the future risks and disease outbreaks concerning vector-borne disease, and case studies - hearing success stories from other local authorities on their cases surrounding pest control.
