About this workshop

At this interactive workshop, attendees will walk through a work-related accident investigation. Participants will decide whether an individual or a company is guilty of an offence(s) and should therefore be prosecuted.

The training day will include a mock trial with a judge, prosecuting and defending barristers, and delegates playing the jury. The event builds towards your opportunity to cast your vote – guilty or not guilty. This will be followed by a discussion around sentencing and a Q&A.
