Event booking terms and conditions

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to amend the programme, reschedule or cancel this event. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, for instance, if minimum numbers are not met, cancellations will be necessary. In such a case, delegates will be notified in writing and provided with the option of a full refund or one free transfer to an alternative date within the same year.

We will make that decision at least 10-working days prior to the event so bear that in mind when booking travel and accommodation. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred should an event be rescheduled or cancelled. Joining instructions will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Cancellations and transfers by delegates

Conference attendance

• From 9.00 am on Tuesday 21 October 2025
• From 9.00 am on Wednesday 22 October 2025

Full conference attendance
To attend conference sessions on Tuesday 21 and Wednesday 22 October 2025. This also includes accommodation for the night of Tuesday 21 October, access to the drinks reception and social evening on the evening of Tuesday 21 October.

Cancellation of delegate place
All delegates will be able to cancel their delegate place up to Monday 29 September 2025.

After Monday 29 September 2025, delegates will not be eligible to cancel their booking unless they have an extenuating circumstance and where documentation (e.g. doctor/hospital forms) can be provided. Cancellations after Monday 29 September 2025 will be at the discretion of CIEH.

Transfer of delegate place
Delegates are able to transfer their delegate place at any time, provided that the transfer is like for like, i.e. CIEH member to another CIEH member.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

All delegate material used for our events is owned by us or our trainers. Material is up-to-date and relevant at the time the event is delivered and will not be refreshed thereafter. All materials from our events are for personal use only.
